Refund Policy
Last updated: July 4, 2026
This policy covers in-app purchases in games published by HaaBiz Games, including Slap 'em UP!.
1. Payments Are Processed by the Platforms
All purchases are made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Steam. We never receive your payment details directly, so refund requests must be submitted through the platform where you made the purchase, under that platform’s policy.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Apple App Store — submit a request at https://reportaproblem.apple.com under Apple's conditions
- Google Play — see the steps and submit a request at https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637
- Steam — request through Steam Support at https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithGame (generally within 14 days with under 2 hours of playtime, per Steam policy)
3. All Sales Are Final
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all purchases of virtual items and currency are final. Currency or items that have been used, opened, or consumed are non-refundable in all cases, except for errors proven to originate from our systems or where non-waivable consumer protection law requires otherwise. Receiving a refund from a platform does not create any additional claim against the Company.
4. Purchase Issues
If you paid but did not receive your items, or you see a duplicate charge, contact us at [email protected] with your Player ID, proof of purchase (platform receipt), and a description of the issue. We will investigate and coordinate with the platform on your behalf. The Company reserves the right to make the final determination based on the available evidence.
5. Refund Abuse
Fraudulent, false, or unusually repeated refund requests — including chargebacks filed after items have been consumed — constitute a violation of the Terms of Service. The Company may deduct the related items or currency, and suspend or terminate the account involved immediately without compensation.
6. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits the non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
