HAABIZ-X CO., LTD. ("the Company", "we") operates the haabiz.games website and publishes games under the HaaBiz Games brand. This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your information in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and other applicable laws.

In the event of a corporate restructuring, merger, or transfer of all or part of the business, we may transfer your data to the successor entity, which will be bound by this policy or standards no less protective. Your data may be processed on servers located abroad, in which case we will put appropriate safeguards in place as required by the PDPA.

We retain your data for as long as you use our services, and delete or anonymize it when you request account deletion, unless the law requires longer retention (for example, transaction records kept for accounting and tax purposes for the statutory period).
