Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and Changes

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the website or in-game. Your continued use of the service after posting constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. You are responsible for reviewing the latest terms regularly.

2. License

The Company grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. This is a license, not a sale. Games, accounts, characters, items, data, and all content remain the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved, and the Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time without liability to you.

3. Accounts

• You warrant that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and you are solely responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping it secure
• Accounts are personal. Buying, selling, renting, exchanging, or transferring accounts is prohibited in all cases; violations entitle the Company to immediately seize or terminate the account
• The Company may refuse registration, suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion where it considers these terms violated or the service affected, without prior notice and without compensation

4. Virtual Items and Currency (In-App Purchases)

• All in-game items, currency, and rewards are limited virtual license rights only — not your property — with no real-world value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything of value outside the game under any circumstances
• The Company may rebalance, modify, restrict, or remove virtual items and currency at any time for the operation of the game, without compensation or liability
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable; any refunds are governed solely by the policy of the platform where the purchase was made
• Real Money Trading (buying or selling items or accounts outside the game) is prohibited — the Company may confiscate the items and terminate all accounts involved without compensation
• All rights to virtual items and currency expire immediately upon account termination or discontinuation of the service

5. User Content and Feedback

For any content you create or submit through the service (such as usernames, messages, or customizations), you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content for operating, marketing, and promoting the service. Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you provide may be used by the Company freely without any obligation or compensation to you.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• No cheating tools, bots, scripts, automation, or modifying, interfering with, or reverse engineering the game or servers
• No exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities — discovered bugs must be reported to the Company
• No harassment, fraud, impersonation, or inappropriate conduct toward other players or Company staff
• No use of the service for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm the service
• The Company may monitor, record, and take any measures including confiscating items and suspending or terminating violating accounts, without prior notice and without compensation

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, artwork, audio, code, and content of our games and website are the property of the Company, the developer (URNIQUE STUDIO), or their respective licensors. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution, or commercial use without the Company’s written permission is prohibited. The Company reserves the right to pursue infringers to the fullest extent of the law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, continuity, accuracy, or error-free operation. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of in-game items or progress in any case, and the Company’s total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Company through the service in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its directors, employees, and partners from all liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or related to your breach of these terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination

The Company may terminate or suspend your account, or discontinue any game in whole or in part, at any time. Upon termination, all license rights including virtual items and currency expire immediately without compensation, except as otherwise required by applicable law. Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 13 survive termination.

12. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, cyber attacks, network or third-party provider failures, or government orders.

13. General Terms and Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and all disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts
• If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force (severability)
• The Company’s failure to exercise any right is not a waiver of that right
• The Company may assign its rights and obligations to affiliates or successors; you may not assign yours
• In case of conflict between the Thai version and any other language version, the Thai version prevails

14. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law. All limitations above apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
